EDF - EUROPEAN DEVELOPMENT FUND
Grants for development actions in the framework of Cotonou agreement between the ACP countries and the EU member States. European funding granted to promote the economic, cultural and social development of the ACP States (i.e. the African, Caribbean and Pacific countries party to the Cotonou agreement) with a view to contributing to peace and security and promoting a stable and democratic political environment.
