The new project of the Interreg Rhine Superieur programme is launched.
The Monitoring Committee has agreed the project "phaenovum - tri-national network of student researchers" which will promote cooperation between France, Germany and Switzerland in the natural sciences and technology.ONLY FRENCH TEXT
