This theme is funded out of the DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION INSTRUMENT (DCI). Its priorities are set out in the multi-annual programming document ‘INVESTING IN PEOPLE (see EUROFUNDING sheets), which establishes overall objectives and financial details for the social sector between 2007-2013.
